Last update 20 March 2024 We always hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please follow the simple guide below. Return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order, and enclose the completed returns form in your parcel. If the return is processed later than 14 days of receiving your order we will return the goods to you and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost. Pre-order returns will be honoured and refunded within the 14 day returns policy. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. All swing tickets, security tags and hygiene strips must be present. Please note that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. UK RETURNS To return your package from the UK please visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal and follow the instructions below to print your returns label, then take to any post office. Please return in its original packaging. Returns from within the UK will be charged £9.99 and will be deducted once the items are returned and refunded
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU AND UK. To return your package from outside the UK please send the parcel to the address below and retain proof of postage. Make sure to mark your package clearly as British commercial returns to avoid delays at customs. We are not liable for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred for items returned outside of the UK.

EXCHANGE Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange please follow the process above for a return and refund and then proceed to repurchase the new item desired from our website. CONDITIONS In the interest of hygiene, we request you to wear underwear when trying on the swimwear. We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive back damaged or stained goods. Once we receive the goods that do not meet the right requirements for a refund, we will return the goods to you and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost. RESPONSABILITY Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packed securely and will not get damaged during its journey. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep hold of the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. REFUND Please allow up to 30 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded. |
